If you want to make an Exchange: Due to a constant change and demand in inventory, exchanges can ONLY be made if the item you received was damaged. The exchange can only be made for the same item & the customer is responsible for shipping the item back in its original box.
If you want your money back: If you recently placed an order and then changed your mind, a full refund can ONLY be givin within the 24 hours that your order was placed. In some cases your items might already be shipped so please be QUICK!!
Once your order is shipped & out of our hands, Monikapolitan.com is not responsible in giving refunds for lost or stolen packages along the way unless your package was insured. If you would like your packages insured please contact me prior to placing your order.
